Communication Passport

Our Communication Passports are designed to capture important information about a child or young person’s communication needs, sensory preferences, their likes and dislikes, and recommended strategies to support them.

Communication Passports are fully customisable and personalised for the individual. They can contain information such as:

  • Family information

  • Interests and motivators

  • How an individual communicates (i.e., understanding, expression)

  • Strategies to support an individual’s understanding or expression

  • Sensory preferences

  • Personal Hygiene

  • Medical Information

  • Food and Drink preferences

Our Communication Passports are available to both existing and new children and families of Core Speech.

For new children and families we offer a stand alone Communication Passport service which includes:

  • Virtual parent consultation (60 minutes) to gather information about your child required to complete the Communication Passport.

  • Parents/carers to complete a Questionnaire and send through any important information and photographs to be included in the Communication Passport.

  • Creation of a bespoke Communication Passport specific to your child’s needs. Communication Passports are fully customisable and specific sections can be included or omitted depending on your requirements.

  • Digital copy of your Communication Passport securely emailed.

Our stand alone Communication Passport service fees are variable and based on the specific requirements of the Communication Passport.
